The Firm’s real estate practice focuses not only on the purchase and sale of land and improvements, but also upon the financing of real estate transactions. We represent lenders, developers, and title insurers. Our lawyers have significant experience in complex lease and landlord/tenant issues.
We have assisted clients in the purchase, sale and financing of commercial and warehouse projects, office and institutional buildings, as well as single and multi-family developments. We are experienced in assisting clients in such matters as Section 1031 like-kind exchanges and other transactions aimed at minimizing our client’s tax liability.
